BISB has launched Phase 2 (64 units double storey terrace house) sometimes early 2020 and sold about 50% despite the outbreak of pandemic since March 2020.
BISB plans to commence the sale of Phase 3 (96 units double storey terrace house) in year 2021 when Phase 2 achieving 80% sale in due course.
BISB plans to develop the remaining Phase 4 (9 units bungalows) in year 2022.
