Kuasa Tulin Sdn Bhd completed a joint venture project with the Majlis Perbandaran Sungai Petani, Kedah for an industrial land development at a few pieces of adjoining land at Sungai Petani measuring in total approximately 402 acres known as Selambau Industrial Estate.  The joint venture project has relocated the wood-base industries to the said designated industrial estate.

The project consists of 80 lots of industrial land of which the land size ranging from 42,743.84 sq. ft. to 477,447.98 sq. ft. and also a 51.6 acres furniture village and one unit of petrol station.

The project has completed and KTSB has signed a settlement agreement with MPSP on 25 October 2001 whereby MPSP will get 4 lots of the unsold industrial land together with the 51.6 acres furniture village measuring in total 2,872,007.42 sq. ft. while all the remaining unsold land and profits shall solely belongs to KTSB. As at todate, all lands have been sold.
