Bentong Avenue is a commercial project which consist of 30 units of double storey shop offices, developed on another 3.55 acres land held by BISB and GSB Hotel Sdn Bhd (which both companies wholly owned by Bentong Makmur Holdings Sdn Bhd). Phase 1, 30 units double storey shop offices have been completed with CCC and sold 70%.  BISB is finalizing its building plan for Phase 2, which is a hotel building, and plan to commence construction in Year 2022
