MKSB has a Joint Venture Agreement with Yayasan FAS (“Landowner”) to develop a piece of land held under title HS(D) 259689 (previously HS(D)  85220) PT. 14532, Mukim Damansara, Daerah Petaling situated at SS7, Kelana Jaya, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The proposed commercial development known as “Parklane Commercial Hub @ Kelana Jaya” consists of 92 Units Shop Office & SOHO Suites comprises of (a) 20 units of 6 ½ storey (b) 36 units of 4 ½ storey (c) 36 units of 3 storey retail shop and office. The proposed development has officially commenced in August 2010 and has completed handed over in year 2012.
