BISB owned a piece of 52.081 acres freehold land adjoining to Taman Bentong Makmur and Taman Makmur Height. The land is situated on an elevated land overlooking the Bentong town areas and set to be the most sought after residential area upon its completion.

BISB has obtained the layout approval, but has submitted amended layout plan to the authority for re-approval, BISB has commenced earthwork on the land.

BISB target to complete the earthwork by the end of year 2021 and commence launching in Year 2022. In view of the sizable land, this project is estimated to complete in 6 years and will provide a steady income stream for the Company.
